Welcome Helen Jolly

Helen is our fabulously talented card maker. Each month Helen creates two very different styles of cards for her classes.
The first is the more traditional style of card making. These cards are layers of gorgeous papers and card stock with some stamping  or maybe a few die cuts. They are then " tizzed up" or finished off with pretty flowers or stunning embellishments.

The other style that Helen also loves create is her " MASTER CLASS" cards. These are more of a shabby chic style. Lots of layers, texture, techniques and of course embellishments that may include gorgeous flowers or embellishments that you have created during the class. These are the cards that will take you to a new level of card making.
Which ever style you prefer, you can be assured that you will be more than hay with your finished cards.

These are some of Helens more traditional cards. She has used the gorgeous 49&Market paper range to create this gorgeous cards

Welcome Tarrah McLean

It is with great pleasure that I proudly introduce the first of our resident teachers, Tarrah McLean.
Each month Tarrah creates beautiful double layouts for her classes.
Her style is clean lines, lots of stunning layers utilising the images of the paper ranges which se then finishes with gorgeous embellishments. Some classes maybe a little mixed media in the background or a cut file using her Silhouette Machine. Tarrah is able to create both pretty girlie layouts or a more rugged masculine themed page.
What ever she decides to teach you can be guaranteed it will be amazing.

" Amazing Day"

Recently we were lucky enough to host the fabulous Finnabair.
Finnabair created some amazing classes for us all. Everyone who came along and participated in a class had an absolutely brilliant experience. We all learnt lots of techniques and how to use some gorgeous products.
To remember the amazing time that we all had, Carol created this layout. Using Prima papers and of course Carol's signature of flowers, this layout hangs proudly in the shop. I hope you all like it as much as we do.

This Girl by Carol

Hi everyone,
Carol here, I hope you are all well.
This is a layout I created for my March classes at the shop.  I love to create my own background and in this one I used Dylusions paint to add the colour. I added a little texture with Finnabair's stencil and texture paste. Layers of pattern paper from Kaisercraft and a few bits of 2Crafty & Dusty Attic chipboard which I coloured black with Dylusions paints. I love the finish of the Dylusions paints on chipboard, especially the black. Inka Gold in Fuchsia finished off the chipboard.
Of course I added lots of flowers from Prima and Green Tara, which I love.
